1. general

The Sleepnitez Lifetime warranty applies to products identified as pillows. A 2-year warranty applies to pillowcases and other accessories sold under the Sleepnitez name.

The Warranty is valid from the date of purchase. Please keep your proof of purchase as we will need to see this to validate your Warranty.

This Warranty applies only when the product has been used for domestic use only within the USA.

2. what the warranty covers

• Fabric manufacturing defects such as fabric flaws, holes, or excessive bobbling (as assessed by our team).
• Defects in the foam such as improper inflation, gluing defects, discoloration or other damage immediately upon opening the product (as assessed by our team).
• Excessive shrinkage leading to poor fit.
• Tearing or broken seaming.

3. what the warranty doesn't cover

• Accidental damage or that caused by unforeseen use or unexpected wear and tear
• Product abuse, misuse or contact with animals
• Deliberate damage or neglect of the product

• Changes of mind post purchase (ie. no defects in the product)
• Any cost of laundering or repair
• Natural weathering of products such as oxidation of foam
• Any associated/coordinating products – the warranty covers only the affected product, not any other coordinating items purchased together within the range.

4. conditions

In order for your warranty to be honoured the product must be registered within 30 days of purchase date. This can be done on our website.

The product care and laundering instructions must be followed.

The warranty only applies to the original purchaser of the item, any second-hand products that are still within their warranty time period are excluded.

The warranty has no cash value and is non-transferable.

5. requirements to make a claim

• Proof of purchase (this can be a receipt, order confirmation or order number)
• The product - to allow us to fully investigate your claim and arrange a like-for-like or similar product as a replacement (dependent on availability). Please note we will only replace the affected item, not an entire set or coordinating items purchased together.
• The cost of returning the item for inspection is at the cost of the customer. The cost of the replacement item being sent to the customer is for Sleepnitez.

To make a claim under the warranty please contact our customer service team by email (support@sleepnitez.com) with photos of the defect.

6. what do we offer?

Sleepnitez may submit any returned items for assessment by a Sleepnitez Technologist who will ascertain whether the item has been treated in such a way that the Sleepnitez Warranty will not apply. In that case, their decision is final, and no further correspondence will occur.

If the Sleepnitez Warranty does apply you will be offered a replacement or like-for-like replacement in the first instance. Where a replacement is unavailable you will be offered a credit for use with Sleepnitez in the form of a pre-loaded Sleepnitez gift card. Please note that a replacement or credit will only be given strictly in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Sleepnitez Warranty.

7. which products are covered by the warranty?

All products sold by Sleepnitez come with a Quality Warranty. All pillows sold come with a Lifetime Warranty and all pillowcases and accessories are eligible for a 2 year Warranty.
The above conditions relating to the Sleepniez Warranty do not affect your statutory rights.

8. exclusions to the warranty

Sleepnitez products purchased from third parties are not covered by the Sleepnitez Warranty.
