Pretty good pillow. Takes a little getting used to, definitely more comfy with the regular pillow behind the head, but works great, as well as a great angle. It works great for angling up in the evening before sleep when she wants to use it to not lay completely flat (helps with digestion to be on the wedge). Love the removeable cover. Also love the thought with the pockets, in that one is meant for when the wedge has a gentle slope and the other is meant for when you flip the wedge around and it has a sharp upright slope.
