I am age 65 and have pretty bad hip pain. I have always been a side-sleeper, so bought this in hopes that it would help me to learn to sleep on my back, which is the only way my hips don't wake me up with pain. Seems to be working well, though it has taken a while to adjust. Before this, I was really struggling to get any uninterrupted sleep. A good deal better now!!

Very comfortable! NOT at all a hard foam wedge, feels just right, elevates my upper body appropriately. I have very mild apnea & do not need a CPap, but need NOT to sleep flat on my back. The gradation is just right for me, bonus points for also being comfortable for side sleeping. Also easy to get out of the box and onto my bed.
My Apple showed elevated breathing disturbances when sleeping. I bought this and it has dropped to not elevated and sometimes less then one. My husband says he hasn�t heard me snore at all. Hard to believe a pillow could do that!!
I�ve only used this for one night, so I can�t speak to longevity, but I love it! I got it for being sick because sometimes it�s hard to fall asleep when you�re congested without being elevated. It�s really soft and squishy, which is perfect. If it was a firm wedge, the bottom edge would probably hurt my back. I put my normal pillow on top of this and it stayed in place all night with a cotton-blend pillowcase.

Got this wedge for reflux. The first night I was uncomfortable only because I wasn�t used to using it. After the 2nd night it was better and now a few weeks later I love it. I can sleep on my back or my side comfortably. It comes with a cover that you can remove to wash although I haven�t attempted to do that yet. I just covered it with a very large towel. It�s very soft, but also very firm. It�s definitely helped my reflux and as a bonus it helped my neck because I�ve had a problem with my neck. I would highly recommend this.
I was leery about purchasing a wedge pillow because it looks clunky and impossibly high but I needed something to address my diagnosis of mild / moderate sleep apnea & I knew that a CPAP would not be my go to. This pillow elevates not only your head but essentially your upper torso, it takes a little getting used too but it is soft, comfortable and doesn�t have any chemical smell. It is worth the money, I don�t think I would have been happy with a different product.

Very good pillow. I bought it for my partner that snores really loud. It works! It's been over a week and he says its comfortable and I can sleep. Don't waste your money elsewhere. I only wish they had a travel one.
