The Sleepnitez bed wedge pillowcase is made from 100% Egyptian cotton with a luxurious sateen weave that softens with each wash. Before the first wash it measures 28" x 26.3" x 8.9". Wash the wedge pillowcase before use to ensure a proper fit. The dimensions will be 28.2" x 26" x 8.6" after washing. However, it will still be loose fitting. For a closer fit and double the luxury, fit it over the existing Tencel cover.

At last I can sleep

These pillowcases make all the difference. Placed over the existing wedge pillow cover, they are a good fit and keep me cool, The wedge itself is extremely comfortable. I genuinely thought I was going to have to have an operation to fix my acid reflux / GERD, but this has given me enough respite to prevent that.
