We like these. Seems just the right height to help with reflux for both of us.
We both sleep better with these wedges.

This bed wedge expanded quickly and smells fine. I stacked 2 to 3 pillows behind it to customize. The higher stack of pillows makes it more comfortable for me to sleep on my side, but I will use one less pillow if I want to sleep on my back. I am using this for reflux and post nasal drip issues. I am 5' 3" 140ish lbs: with my head on the added pillows my whole upper torso including hips is on the wedge and the foam is soft and doesn't compress too much...I still get plenty of elevation to suit my purposes. I don't feel the taper where the wedge meets the mattress at all. I love it!
My husband should be writing this review because this pillow is the reason I no longer snore at night. It has the perfect incline and sturdy stuffing. Great purchase!
I have GERD and was looking for a wedge pillow that would accommodate side sleeping but keep me sleeping more upright. Most wedge pillows are quite firm and are super uncomfortable for anything other than back sleeping. This one is softer and even "breaks in" with use. Getting more comfortable the more you use it. I have a lot of joint pain so this is fantastic for me. I also love that this pillow has a long slope that tapers to almost nothing. So you don't feel a break between the wedge and your mattress. This is huge! As a big drop at the end of the pillow can dig into your side or create an uncomfortable dip. I do tend to slide down during the night but I think there is just an adjustment period to sleeping with this.
I had really bad acid reflux for a while, especially at night. My doctor suggested a wedge pillow to elevate my upper body while I sleep. After a lot of research I pciked this one (Sleepnitez). I have been really happy with it. My wife also bought me a cheap one (Kolbs) from Amazon as she was of the belief that all wedge pillows are the same. It was hard as a rock and gave me shoulder pain, so I went back to the Sleepnitez wedge pillow and slept soundly the following night.
Very comfortable. Happy I got it. Has improved my sleep.

I purchased a second wedge/pillowcase to take with me as I travel from hotel to hotel. I need the elevation, and it is very convenient to take the wedge with me.
